What does it take to be a Welsh Warrior? What values do soldiers learn as a Welsh Warrior? The Royal Welsh soldiers develop themselves through world class training, gaining confidence, physical and mental strength, and a sense of belonging. They join a platoon as an Infantry soldier, after completing basic training, where they specialise in one of over 16 job roles.
