The Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo Dance company display, performed with massed pipers and the shetland fiddle players Hjaltibonhoga, with support from Celtic band Fellswater up in the Castle. Pipe Major Neil Mitchell leads Bucksburn & District NJ Pipe Band, as they march in starting their Grade 4B bands competition during the 2025 Garioch Pipe Band Championship. This was held at Inverurie in Aberdeenshire, Scotland, on Sunday 29th June 2025, and the band, who wear Red Mcpherson tartan, were awarded 1st place overall in Grade 4B for this performance.
