🍑Let’s talk about how ipsilateral and contralateral training can fire up those glutes and hamstrings in a different way!💥 Ipsilatetal training (same side) it’s like a targeted missile to your muscles! It hones in on one side at a time, creating intense activation, and firing up those and hamstrings like never before.
