Tuck ups can be challenging! Heres a few ways to modify it! Great core exercise that requires strong hip flexors, core strength & coordination. Maintaining a c-curve in low back is crucial. Start by using your hands on your legs to pull up and keeping feet on ground. Next step is feet off the ground and using hands behind you on the ground to modify. Eventually take hands off the ground and tuck up 1 leg at a time. Finally both hands and feet off the ground! You got this! #core #tuckups #fittok
