Scallops FINALLY explained! Aside from what we said in the video keep an eye on the color of the bay scallops. The key is to look for a nice yellowish to pink tinge with firm flesh. 😉 For this recipe we used a stick of melted butter & the juice of 1 lemon to marinate the scallops. Then popped that marinated scallop in a small oven safe dish, topped it off with seasoned breadcrumbs (seasoned however you want) and baked for 20 min at 400F.
