On July 8, this suspected thief entered Target at the Spectrum and began removing security devices from a pair of JBL Bluetooth headphones and a wireless Playstation controller. As he concealed the items in his bag, he noticed a Target employee watching him. He allegedly ran out of the store with the stolen goods as fast as Mario collects coins.
