How cute is this little chocolate reindeer! I used a cube mold, filled with a chocolate mousse, crumble & soft vanilla sponge. Then I used tempered chocolate to create the antlers (wow that was hard to pipe!) along with some royal icing for the face. Look at the poor little face when I cut it 😂 | Matt Adlard
