Dinner at A Long Vacation inside Southwest Grand Hotel @southwestgrandhotel in Naha — and yes, it lived up to the name. We sat outside on a beautiful evening and enjoyed a relaxed, delicious meal. Highlights? Burrata with local strawberries (so fresh!), truffle cheese fries (dangerously good), and a super juicy Okinawan pork steak. Dessert? Lemon meringue pie stole the show.
