When parking officers crash your open inspection 🚗🚨 Chris from Flagstaff Hill told 891 ABC Radio Adelaide’s Sonya and Jules that during his weekend open inspection, council parking inspectors arrived to issue fines — leaving visitors scrambling and disrupting the event.
