How do you install a tunnel below a highway? . . Last summer #Mammoet assisted Strukton Civiel and Gemeente Eindhoven with creating a new passage under the A2/N2 motorway in The Netherlands. This tunnel was built to improve traffic flow and accessibility around the city of Eindhoven. In two stages, the tunnel sections (each weighing between 1317t and 1888t) were transported under the road, with help of SPMTs. The passage has now been safely installed. The tunnel will be commissioned in summer 20

Remember our extremely heavy project in Sweden a few months ago? . . The transportation of a transformer became the heaviest transport on Swedish roads to date with a total weight of 762t. Roads were lowered under bridges, belly trailers were used, and railroads and bridges were crossed. With the help of detailed route surveys, our Trojan trucks, 32 axle lines of conventional trailers and a Girder frame, we were able to transport the transformer safely to its destination. All carefully executed
