TENNIS ELBOW 🎾 Also called lateral epicondylitis or epicondylalgia. Six tendons extend the wrist and attach at the lateral epicondyle of the elbow. Overloading these tendons (e.g., hours of pickleball with no breaks) can lead to pain and irritation. How to fix it: 1. Modify activity: Reduce repetitive movements (like nonstop backhands). Take breaks and rest. 2. Progressively load the tendons: Start with isometric exercises, then move to eccentrics, gradually adding more elbow movement while kee
