Fist workout since my pudendal nerve block and my Costcochondritis. Brutal two weeks but I’m back.

Guess who’s back… back again… Finally made my triumphant return to the gym after a back injury tried to take me out of the game (rude). Taking it slow and steady—no hero moves (yet)—but it feels amazing just to be back. Great to see my trainers and workout buddies again, even if they did try to sneak burpees into my “light” workout.
