Mastering Foley Catheter Insertion: DIY Edition 🚽💦 - Use an empty glass coke bottle, or water bottle and fill it with a liquid of choice (I’m using lemonade!) Steps: 1️⃣ Don sterile gloves & drape the patient 2️⃣ Set up your sterile field: Empty betadine/lubricant into tray, open swab sticks, lubricate tip of foley 3️⃣ Use your non-dominant hand to stabilize the area for insertion *Keep in place until catheter is inserted Remember: This hand is no longer sterile 4️⃣ Then take your dominant, st
