anyone know how to fix this? my texture is double sided for some reason (sorry about the background noise)

Can not texture parts of my model. First time ever using blockbench. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you! Also textures are not square, they are rectangular, I believe this may have to do with the resolution of the texture being higher than the UV. Not sure
