Part because forklifts don’t push down, if you put the forks on the chain just goes slack and all it is is the weight of the forks which isn’t enough. A shelter-in-place has been lifted after a tree fell on an Energy Transfer pipeline valve, causing a crude oil leak in the Newport area of Crosby. According to Judge Lina Hidalgo, approximately 150 gallons of crude oil spilled before the valve was shut off.
