I’ve seen multiple people with either new onset dizziness or severe dizziness exacerbation post-surgery or dental procedure, so I dug into the academic literature. The most consistent findings are around the use of nitrous oxide (laughing gas) and its depletion of Vitamin B12, folate (B9), and increase of homocysteine. These 3 things are BAD NEWS when it comes to those of us with impaired methylation (related to MTHFR and other genes) which is involved in how we get rid of toxins from our bodies
