Brittney Walker on Instagram: "For our waving flags we start by learning the history of our flag. Then we use rulers to mark and draw out our lines with a pencil. Once the pencil lines are complete we sharpie them black. We then learn how and practice drawing a 5 pointed star and add our stars to the flag. We then use colored pencils to add our color and shading to each strip and the blue around the stars. This takes us about four 45 minute classes to complete. #artteacherlife #elementaryarteduc
