Does anyone remember visiting the sanctuary in the 1980's? The Cornish Seal Sanctuary’s beginnings can be traced back to 1958 when a young seal pup was washed up on the beach at St Agnes in Cornwall. Ken lived near the beach with his wife Mary and daughter Linda, and upon discovering the injured young seal, Ken took it back to his home to look after it.
