Information is everything. Your mood, your thoughts, your actions & even your cognitive disposition can be (and often is) determined by the quality of the information you consume. I went cold turkey on scheduled programming over a year ago. After the initial week of PTSD (Post TV Stopping Disorder 🤣) my outlook began to shift.
