Recipe below ⬇ Ingredients: Keens curry powder 1kg Australian tiger prawns 600g coconut cream 1/2 bunch coriander 2 onions Tablespoon of oil Method •Cook onions in oil until translucent then add in curry powder. •Mix in prawns until covered in powder then add in coconut cream. •Leave lid half on until prawns are orange. •Once prawns are orange turn off heat and mix in coriander and leave lid on for 5 minutes to steam. |
