I’m tackling the final stretch of 150 kilometers to the Angola-Zambia border. During the civil war in Angola, the bridges across the many rivers that feed into the Zambezi, were blown up. Most have been hastily repaired and are in a terrible state. The waters have hippos in them though so it’s too dangerous to go through the water.
