He doesn't just wag his tail - he wiggles his entire body. He's a very happy boy who loves being around people and gets along with other dogs. If you have order dogs, bring them in to meet him. He's a fun dog who would love to share a home with children, but probably not with cats. Tommy's adoption fee is $10, he appears to be
