The final days of Murakami’s flowers are being plucked one by..one by…one. 🌼 Debuting in 1995, Takashi Murakami’s are a result of the artist’s studies of Nihonga art—a traditional japanese style of painting. A core subject in Nihonga art is “setsugetsuka” which translates to moon, snow and flower.
