Sitting in the shower a long time makes me dizzy, overheated, and swollen…I’ve even burned my leg before from not being able to feel water temp correctly so I had to revamp my routine. Now Im trying out prepping outside the shower (skincare, exfoliating, shaving, etc.) so once I get in, it’s quick and safe!
