I really love this meme and want to talk about it for a minute. To me, this meme perfectly encapsulates the autistic experience. I think most people who have a basic understanding of autism know that most autistic people have very intense special interests. This is actually the flip side of the same coin... not being able to process and retain information that is not of interest. So, if you think about this in the context of school... this could result in an autistic person doing extremely well
