Worst ASMR ever. This is my yarn couching foot. You can see it has a filled dish surface and small hole. When I Yarn couch, clear thread is run through the needle, and the hole keeps the yarn underneath of the needle as I free motion machine quilt. Because of needle flex, it is unfortunately not unusual for the needle to hit or nick the foot. For this reason, when I am doing a Yarncouching, I actually have a base plate dedicated to the purpose just because of getting nicks and scratches. However
