The Richland Police Department has received numerous complaints about Reckless Driving tonight. A reminder to those who wish to use City of Richland streets as their own personal race track is that we are arresting the drivers and impounding their vehicles for such activity. The car pictured was racing another vehicle at over 80 mph on Keene Road before the driver was stopped.
