This past weekend, I attended BADT’s Reclaiming Our Bodies conference and… wow. What a beautiful way to close one week and step into another. I feel renewed. I feel nourished. There’s something that shifts when you’re in community with people who are aligned…people who care deeply, who are doing the work, who are moving toward the same vision with intention and heart. Being in that kind of space reminds you why this work matters. So much gratitude to BADT and to @The Black Doula for inviting me
