I’m so impressed with the rye/vetch mix from @cotswoldseeds Our heavy boulder clay has come up beautifully after 6 months under this cover, even during this dry spell. The bulk amount of Organic Matter that this produces and web of the root bodies beneath the soil, the structure is noticeably improved…! Apart from the obvious soil benefits, this is also a great mix for the organic grower. Being annual plants, they are easy to stop when it comes time to start spring cultivations for cropping. ALS
