Navionics just released an update of the Boating App that boasts Auto Guidance . With it you can select a starting and destination point then Navionics will choose the most efficient route using your entered parameters for draft, range, beams and bridge clearance. It’s easy to use and once the route is calculated it can be updated to your Garmin, Simrad Yachting, or Raymarine chart plotters. An update on the Citation 900. We replaced the old Raymarine system with a brand new Garmin system for inside the cabin and the top station. We fabricated a new dash on site, and this installation came out very clean 👌 With the new Garmin kit, power management was next on the list. We added Bluesea system isolator switches and charging relays. A Victron 3 way battery charger was also installed to keep both the cranking and house batteries in good health.
