This is the Tapco sidewinder. It’s a fairly easy process to load and unload coils onto it. It is supposed to be designed for the coil to be able to be mounted on the bottom (hanging from the rollers) but I believe it needs a re-design for that purpose as the spring tension becomes WAY too tight. It doesn’t bother me though because all of my career I’ve rolled out coils in this orientation. This design save space underneath as my other coil roller needs to be mounted on a sawhorse or workbench. T

Pretty cool to see some new stuff from tapco. It’s been awhile and it’s always wicked to see new cool tools come out to make the things we do easier. I haven’t had to much time to play with them but the little bending I have been able to do with that’s has been great. As you can see they have the markings for exact measurements and the offset 1-1/2 for the cutter. Very cool stuff and can’t wait to use them a bunch more.
