14 weeks post-L4/5 disc replacement and it’s all about the foundations. 🦶💥 Despite being cleared 4 weeks ago to run, rather than rushing into it, I continued to focus on spinal function and trunk stability. Today, I am happy with where they are at for now and shifting some of the focus on making sure my feet and hips can handle load properly. Transitioning from walking (50% body weight on one foot) to running (100%) is a huge jump in load, so I’m putting in the work to ensure everything below
