On Physical Disability Awareness Day, we’re sharing Lucia’s journey in surf lifesaving. Born with cerebral palsy, Lucia’s involvement began through the Seahorse Nippers pilot program and has grown into an active role as a radio operator at Noosa Heads SLSC.
