Unique decorative embellishments are easy with the 7/9 Hole Cord Foot. You can sew up to nine different lengths of narrow cording in place with your choice of decorative or utility stitch. We are using 5 lengths of metallic embroidery floss with one of the specialty yarn couching stitches on the creative icon 2 (stitch 9.1.22), but any stitch that covers the width of your cording will work. You can add a stylish hem to your knit t-shirts with nothing more than a rolled edge. Set your machine to a three-thread rolled edge (your manual will have the exact settings) and lower your differential feed a tick so your fabric is stretched just a bit while sewing.
