A little chest and tris last night with Mark @muscle_rack - we both hit some good PR on presses for chest and finished off with a few light tricep sets on a couple exercises. Keeping active helps maintain balance in a busy life...it’s easy to say you don’t have time or are tired...but being tired is sometimes more mental than physical!
