Mango sago with nata de coco jellies aka Mango Bango! So refreshing and the perfect summer dessert. Ingredients: 3 large mangoes, 3/4 cup sago1 jar (24oz) of Nata de Coco - coconut jellies, 1 cup coconut creamer , 14 oz coconut milk (canned), 1/3 cup condensed milk (adjust to your liking) In a pot add about 4 cups of water. Boil the sago/tapioca pearls for 10 - 12 minutes (until the pearls are clear) then remove from heat and cover with lid for 15 minutes. Drain and rinse the sago in cold water.

Save this recipe for Mango Sago! You only need fresh mango, canned coconut milk, sago tapioca pearls and condensed milk or sugar. Measurements do vary depending on your how thick and sweet you want it. What I did was 1 cup canned coconut milk, 1/3 cup condensed milk, 2/3 cup mango and 1/2 cup uncooked tapioca pearls.
