After thorough clinical and radiographic evaluation, the case was diagnosed as Acute Irreversible Pulpitis. During the procedure, BPM was started, and we encountered curved and calcified canals in the mesiolingual and mesiobuccal roots. With patience and precision, canal negotiation began from #8 K-file, leading to a final well-condensed obturation in a single sitting. The patient left the clinic complet
