Day 4 – Best of the East, Madeira 🌄 Day 4 was our Best of the East tour, and it turned out to be one of our favourite days in Madeira 💙 We left the Lido in the morning and headed up to Terreiro da Luta, a great first stop with lovely views 🌅 before climbing higher into the mountains ⛰️. From there, the drive continued up to Pico do Arieiro. At 1,818 metres above sea level, it’s the third-highest peak on the island and the highest you can reach by road 🚗⬆️.
