Today i am showing you a very easy Mayonnaise recipe using a blender, it takes about 5minutes really... All you need is: A blender or Food processor One Egg (If you are worried about Salmonella, use Pasteurized eggs) One table spoon of Lemon Seasoning about half teaspoon (Optional but it makes it really tasty, i used the new Knorr Chicken Seasoning powder with natural spices) Good Vegetable oil without smell or interfering taste.
