So this happened to me. Was cut of at the intersection by the Milnerton SAPS by a white bakkie registration CA 756 683. I hooted at him as I went past. He then hooted back, to which I waved him off. He hooted again which I ignored. I then stopped to turn into the side street and he stopped next to me holding up traffic. He shouted at me "What's your problem" so I said "you can't do that".
