The Great Hall tapestries are iconic objects in the Manor House; these guest favorites got the “royal treatment” this past winter. When we took them down we needed about 8 people and scaffolding to accomplish this task. After removal, the tapestries were vacuumed to remove built-up dust. We also installed new stretchers so they will hang better.
