They already did a test run and blew up a bomb on a plane, and it only killed the bomber while the pilot landed safely. Now they’ve brought back the same bomb maker who trained some of the 9/11 hijackers to recreate it. They also said the shoe bomb is back on the table because the government stopped screening for it, and they’re already testing new prototypes.
