Here are some movements to practice for hip rolling. Teetering our hips, swinging our hips, and scooping/creating half circles. ******In this video I am focusing on just one side.********* You can practice doing the same movements for the opposite side. Once your body starts to get familiar with the movements, it will begin to flow together. You can either have your feet planted or raise your heel.
