Plan the damn meals - I could count on one hand how many weeks I didn’t plan in 2025 and those weeks swiftly reminded me why I plan. Planning keeps the budget tight, the nutrition balanced and the mental load lower. Do it! 2. Lifting heavy

When the fish is fresh and high quality, you don’t need to do much. Just enough acid to brighten it. Enough salt to wake it up. A little texture so every bite isn’t one note. This one was last minute. Plating far off from where I want it. But the flavor was honest, clean, and balanced. Sometimes that’s enough.
