These are starch packing peanuts, they are the ones that dissolve completely in water! We will attempt making one. I found this recipe online. 1 tbs of cornstarch 2 tsp of water Mix well Microwave on high for 30 seconds. It has a spongy texture, it’s more dense than a lab made one, I’m not sure I made a packing peanut. It is chewy and kind of tastes like mochi.
