Eating crawfish as a quadriplegic has its pros and cons. The pro is I never have to get my hands messy or peel them for myself again! Although that sounds fun and all it creates cons. Whenever I want to eat crawfish I have to ask someone else to peel them for me. That part sucks especially if we both want crawfish at the same time. It can feel like putting a burden on someone since crawfish isn’t the easiest thing to eat. Luckily I have great nurses and family who don’t mind feeding me. Especial
