Life is great! Over 3 years of sobriety from alcohol, over 90 days of shedding weight and hitting the gym, back to being a kitchen witch and cooking all the time, and college starts in two weeks for auto tech. Your circle in life truly matters. I shed thousands of pounds when I walked away from a community that drained the life and soul out of me. Everything else is naturally falling into place. I’m dreaming of being elbows deep in all of my vehicles for the rest of the year and finding more joy

I love cooking from scratch and have been preparing to start cooking for Tucson’s Freedge. I’m still trying to plan what kinds of food I’ll make for strangers so I’ve been whipping up various meals to test out. Today I whipped up some tomato soup with air fried chicken thighs, homemade focaccia croutons, herbed soft cheese, and a side of rosemary and butter roasted taters. I’ve been working on finishing the remodel of my 1970s kitchen to make it my witchy cottage kitchen and cooking for neighbor
