Seen this near the 75/24 split in Chattanooga? It’s called rubblization. The machine breaks up existing concrete & repurposes it as a base for the new pavement that’ll go down in its place. Pretty cool! It’s noisy, but’ll only take place during the day for the next couple weeks. | myTDOT
