Drill Of The Week: Back Tuck Progression (Basic) Purpose: An introduction to help athletes develop an understanding of the "tuck" skill as well as learn the basic "tuck" body shapes with controlled landings. This leads to other problems like leaning the shoulders backward and arching the back, which reduces height and encourages backward travel. It also makes it difficult to reach for a tight tuck position. Instead, it's better to keep the head in a neutral position. So, how do we fix this?
