Using a gallon of milk is incredibly easy when you’re an ingredient household and haven’t been to a store in weeks! My oldest asked for lasagna for dinner and thanks to that, I had no dinner plans! We love having a few types of cheese in our lasagna so I whipped up a quick ricotta with only two ingredients, milk and lemon juice! It made enough for our lasagna and some lemon ricotta cookies!
